      Since garden decorations are often fragile or artisanal items, we want to ensure you have a perfect shopping experience. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

      • Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving your item.

      • Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

      • Damaged Items: Due to the nature of garden decors, if an item is damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.

      • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
